What are your experiences so far?
Due to the different positions I've held since 1989, I have gained a wealth of experience. My time as a partner secretary was very instructive and prepared me well for my subsequent work. The approach from Weiss-Tessbach then, and DLA Piper Weiss-Tessbach today, was and is that employees are working in the areas in which they are extremely talented. 'Identify Stars' is no empty phrase but one of our values. There are many opportunities for our employees to develop themselves. A career path can lead from an assistant role into a managerial role or one of our support functions.
What would be your advice to someone applying to DLA Piper Weiss-Tessbach?
Those who want to work in an international environment and therefore a global team, who enjoy going the 'extra mile' to get the best results for our clients, and who put emphasis on sound education and training, should apply, either for a legal position as a trainee lawyer or legal assistant, or in one of our support functions such as finance, marketing, HR or IT.
